The South African Pagan Leaders Council does NOT act or speak for SAPRA!
1. The South African Pagan Leaders Council (SAPLC) and its members exercise no natural or delegated authority over the South African Pagan Rights Alliance (SAPRA) or its formal members.
2. The South African Pagan Rights Alliance is an independent and autonomous
(a) Non-Profit Company (NPC 2018/620182/08),
(b) a designated Religious Organisation in terms of section 5 of the Civil Union Act (Act 17 of 2006), and
(c) a designated Public Benefit Organization in terms of section 1 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008.
3. Any further or future defamation against the Executive Members of SAPRA, or interference in the affairs of SAPRA, by the members of the SAPLC, shall be considered a hostile act against SAPRA’s independence and autonomous sovereignty.
